About VPNEM

VPNEM is a cross-border network acceleration subscription service: 110+ countries / 210+ routes, unlimited simultaneous devices, no logs and a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Service Focus

Who it's for, and what it solves

Remote work, AI tools and streaming — these three scenarios are the main basis for our route planning.

VPNEM is for individuals who need long-term, stable access to international websites. Three scenarios come up most often: video meetings and collaboration tools for remote work; AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude; and 4K content on Netflix and HBO. Their demands on the network differ — video meetings suffer from packet loss, AI tools from connections dropping mid-session, and 4K playback from bandwidth jitter.

So routes are grouped by purpose, not by price tier: latency-sensitive meetings and AI tools run on IEPL dedicated lines, heavy downloads and video go through relays, and single-endpoint access uses direct connections. Clients cover Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices.

Operating Principles

How routes are chosen, how problems are handled

Three fixed practices, written here for reference.

Three Principles

Routes, billing and outages each have a fixed order of handling — settle the order first, then the specific parameters.

Routes Grouped by Purpose

The route list is published by region on this site, each entry labelled by type: IEPL dedicated, relay, or direct. Pick by purpose, not by price tier — meetings and AI tools get priority on dedicated lines, downloads and heavy video go through relays, and single-endpoint access uses direct connections. The client selects routes automatically by default, and you can also pin a region manually.

Billing and Refunds, Stated Clearly

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; the price difference for a mid-term upgrade is converted into remaining days. Data packs last until they run out and never expire. All plans come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, and the prices and billing periods shown on the pricing page are the ones that apply.

Troubleshooting in Order

If you can't connect, switch to another route first, then check whether the subscription in your client has updated — most issues are resolved within these two steps. If it still doesn't work, open a ticket in the user panel and include the client name and the error message.

Privacy Stance

No logs, only essential data

VPNEM keeps no logs. Data that could reconstruct user behaviour — connection times, destinations, DNS queries — is not recorded.

Collection stays at the minimum needed to handle billing and support tickets: an account stores only a username, password and plan status, and sign-up requires no email address. Payments go through Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The full scope of collection and how deletion requests are handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.
