How to choose from the six tiers

Monthly plans are about a monthly data cap; data packs are about total volume and your own pace. Below is a tier-by-tier look at who each one suits, what it handles and where the limits are.

Six tiers compared

Choosing comes down to two things: roughly how much data you use each month, and whether you need to be online long term. Steady usage points to a monthly plan; irregular usage or backup-only points to a data pack.

Monthly · 60GB (¥9.9/month)

For light users whose work is mostly text: web browsing, email, document collaboration and the occasional short video. The 60GB is counted from your signup date and resets on the same day the following month. The limit is the modest total — long HD video sessions or frequent large file transfers can use it up early. If that happens, you can upgrade to a higher tier in the user panel, with the price difference prorated by the remaining days in the current cycle.

MONTHLY / 60GB

Monthly · 250GB (¥18/month)

A balanced tier in both data and price, for users who need cross-border access every day along with streaming and AI tools: everyday 1080p video, web meetings, code repository sync, AI chats and document work all fit, and most usage patterns won't require rationing. The limit is that long 4K playback or heavy file transfers back and forth will feel tight; if several devices at home stay online long term, go straight to the 500GB tier.

For users who make international routes their daily default: 4K streaming, remote work, large file sync and several devices online at once. 500GB is the highest monthly cap of the three monthly tiers, and the number of simultaneous devices is still unlimited. The limit is that data is counted per cycle: if you do a lot of transfers in one month and use it up, you can't borrow from next month — you wait for the next reset, or upgrade the tier in the panel.

Data packs aren't billed monthly — they last until the data runs out and never expire, so an unused month doesn't waste anything. The limit is that there's no monthly reset; once the total is used up, it's done. If you need cross-border access every month, the rhythm of a monthly plan fits better.

For moderate usage on an irregular schedule: heavy some months, barely used in others. 1000GB is a one-time purchase — when and how much you use is up to you, with no calendar-month or signup-date constraint. The same limit applies: it's a total-volume product with no monthly reset. If your monthly usage is consistently high, the ¥28/500GB monthly tier is a better match.

Data Pack · 3000GB (¥658)

For long-term backup and heavy data needs: several devices online at once, long streaming sessions, large file transfers and remote desktop. 3000GB is the largest of the three data packs and never expires, so it suits buying once and using it at your own pace. The limit is a higher upfront cost than a monthly plan; if you just want to test route quality first, start with the 60GB monthly tier or the 300GB data pack.

Refund promise

60-day refund, no reason needed

Monthly plans and data packs share one promise: a 60-day refund, no reason required. Apply through a ticket in the user panel.

  1. Open a ticket in the user panel

    Log in to the user panel and open a ticket with your order number and the name of the plan you want refunded. No reason and no extra documents are needed.

  2. Order and payment record check

    We check the order status and payment record against the order number in the ticket. Once confirmed, the refund process starts and progress is posted in the same ticket.

  3. Refunded via the original payment method

    Refunds go back through the original payment method, so you don't need to provide another payout channel; Alipay, WeChat and USDT each follow their own checkout path.

  4. Arrival time depends on the payment provider

    Processing speeds differ between payment providers, so the time it takes to arrive depends on the provider's actual processing. If you have questions, reply in the original ticket.

On refund scope: the 60-day refund covers both monthly plans and data packs, with no tier distinction — the ¥9.9/month entry tier and the ¥658 data pack follow the same rule.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Resets monthly on your activation date, not on the 1st of the calendar month. For example, if you activate on 3/8 (March 8), the next cycle starts on 4/8 (April 8), and so on.

How is the cost calculated if I upgrade mid-cycle?

Just upgrade in the user panel. The price difference is prorated by the remaining days in the current cycle, so you don't pay for a full month again.

Do data packs expire?

No. Data packs last until the data runs out and never expire; unlike monthly plans they don't reset each month, so you can use them at your own pace.

How do I request the 60-day refund?

Open a ticket in the user panel with your order number — no reason needed. Once verified, the refund goes back through the original payment method, and how fast it arrives depends on that provider's processing speed.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Choose your payment method in the user panel at checkout and pay the amount shown on the page.

How many devices can use one account at the same time?

Unlimited. The same account can be online at once on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux — no need to buy extra for each device.
