Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are the agreement between you and VPNEM covering the subscription service. By registering an account, purchasing a plan, or using the client, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms; if you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.

1. Service Content and Scope

VPNEM provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service: international routes forward your network requests to overseas nodes so you can reach international websites, AI tools, streaming services, and other public online services. Coverage currently spans 110+ countries / 210+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

The service is sold as a subscription: monthly plans at ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets each month on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Actual deliverables are governed by the order page and the subscription details in your user panel; this service makes no commitment regarding access to any specific website or app.

2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules

No email address is required to register — a username and password are all you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account safe, and any loss caused by a leaked password or by someone else using your account is borne by you.

A single subscription supports unlimited simultaneous connections, but the account is for your own use only: reselling, renting out, or lending accounts is prohibited, as is publicly sharing subscription links or sharing a subscription with others. Automated scripts may not be used to register accounts in bulk, claim trials in bulk, or resell trial access.

Where abusive sharing or resale is detected, the service provider may suspend or terminate the account and handle the remaining subscription period in line with the refund policy.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service, and you are responsible for judging whether the content you access is lawful there. Using this service for any illegal purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to: intruding into or disrupting the networks and systems of others, distributing malicious software, sending spam, infringing the intellectual property or privacy of others, and engaging in online fraud or illegal transactions.

You may not use this service to attack, scan, or probe third-party hosts, or to run a publicly accessible proxy service. Any consequences and legal liability arising from a breach of these requirements are yours alone.

4. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The service provider continuously maintains route and client availability, handles account and subscription data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and does not log your browsing content. Network conditions, carrier policies, and restrictions on the part of overseas destination sites can all affect access, however, and the service provider does not guarantee connectivity at any given moment.

The service provider is not liable beyond the subscription fee for interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream data center or submarine cable failures, regional network outages, or problems with your local network or device. Clients and subscription links are issued only through the official user panel, and users should obtain them from official channels; installation packages and subscriptions obtained through third-party channels fall outside the scope of the service.

5. Grounds for Account Termination

The service provider may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account in the following cases: breach of the usage rules in these Terms; reselling or publicly sharing an account; using automated means to register in bulk; fraudulent payment or chargeback activity; or a request from a judicial or regulatory authority.

You may also stop using the service at any time and request that your account be deleted; please back up any information you want to keep beforehand. If an account is terminated for a violation, the unused portion is handled in accordance with the refund policy.

6. Changes to Terms and Related Documents

These Terms may be updated as the service changes; the updated version is published on this page with a “Last updated” date, and continued use of the service is taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be flagged in the user panel.
